Toto Hair Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care, skin care, cosmetic, and personal care products are not eligible for return.

Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items marked as final sale are not returnable.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Customerservice@totohairs.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

For approved returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
